Tips for common illnesses

Oh my, oh my…


It’s the “season” once again…


So many people are down with cough, flu, fever, body ache…


Everyone must take good care of you self and put up a fight against those nasty viruses and 


improve your body immune system.
 
Here are some tips to those who are not feeling well…
